In recent times you would have noticed that the small original Maddies team has grown enormously, from austere beginnings in Sutton Street in 2003. Having purchased the Hermans’ Real Estate office at Scarborough, and with the meticulous “Maddies touch” renovating the existing property, a new logo and with brilliant new ‘plume’ and white brand recognition, Maddies Hermans’ Lifestyle Properties has emerged as a standout against the competition on the Redcliffe Peninsular.
Our Holiday team has expanded to a team of two. Andy, Carolyn with numerous trades people and contractors are there to ensure that they provide the best care for our holiday landlords’ investment properties. They are looking forward to a very busy Christmas period as local, interstate and overseas visitors flock to our beautiful part of the world.
Our Property Management team again has expanded to a team of three, with the recent appointment of Karen Cooper as Inspections officer, joining Jenny, and Office Manager Michelle.
Our Administration team has also stretched to meet our customers’ service requirements. Mick, our Business Manager, is now capably supported by Trish who along with our two receptionists, Tahlia and Kirsten, ensure the smooth running of the office processes.
The Sales Team has been complemented by Joanne Gilbert who is our Sales Administrator. Her role is to support the Residential Salespeople, who include the old stalwarts of Maddie, Patrick and John, but also Danny, Karen, Barry and the Commercial Sales Manager, Mark Andrew. These salespeople, are highly valued assets to the team, due to their knowledge and skills in the sales area, and are also committed to Maddies Hermans’ customer service motto: “Whatever it takes”.
