Michel-Anne, or Maddie has been apart of the real estate industry for over 20 years, and has previously been the co-owner of two L.J Hooker franchises in Inner North Brisbane. She has been a Branch President of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) and is currently involved in the REIQ Arbitration and Mediation Panel. Maddie’s latest accomplishment is being elected President of the Redcliffe City Rotary Club for 2009/10.
Three years after relocating to Scarborough, Maddie achieved her career goal of opening her own real estate agency, in April 2003. In that same year Maddies Realty was a finalist in the Queensland Business Achievers awards for Best New Business, and was nominated again in 2004 and 2005.

Maddie’s Personal Assistant has had 10 years working in the Sales Administration and P.A area of the Real Estate industry, both in Clayfield and Redcliffe.
Her attention to detail and her charismatic personality ensures that Maddies vendors and buyers are in good hands, in her absence.
Her expertise in advertising, organising processes and systems within the office, sourcing data for Comparative Market Analyses whilst developing and maintaining Maddie’s personal profile and marketing plan, make her an invaluable asset to the Maddies Hermans’ team.
Michael (Mick) Larter has lived on the Redcliffe Peninsula for over 22 years, and has an extensive background in both the public and private sectors in IT, operational auditing and project management, specialising in systems and processes.
Working as the Business Manager of Maddies Hermans’ Lifestyle Properties, his job is to stoke the “engine” for the organisation. His main priorities are to maintain current information, and provide management advice and regular reports to the Principal, within the parameters of the PAMD Act and the relevant Office of Fair Trading regulations.
Michelle brings with her over a decade of property management experience. She commenced her career in Property Management in 1997 and has been a Office Manager since moving to Maddies Hermans Real Estate.
Michelle is reliable and responsible for taking the hassle out of property management.
Not to mention Michelle has “seen it all” when it comes to managing your property and as such can provide a wealth of knowledge through first hand experience and ongoing education.
During Michelle’s career she has developed many quality attributes required to be a professional and enthusiastic Office Manager. Fully qualified, Michelle was trained through the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and is fully conversant with the current Residential Tenancies Act and the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act.
Property management is full of challenges. Michelle is always willing to take on these challenges and deal with them efficiently and to the best of her ability. Michelle has a positive attitude and is very interested in client satisfaction, making her an excellent addition to our company.
